Here’s a Climb & Spin routine I choreographed and taught at NY Pole Dancing. One of the great things about C&S is that it gives instructors the creative freedom to choreograph new and different routines for every class. Choreograph based on your mood, musical inspiration and your own unique style of moving.

They debuted back in 2007, but now they are making a comeback with their new company Tian Hao. Tian Hao also manages artists like popular boy band Hit-5, talented composer/singer Hou Xian and Korean singer SARA. The members of SPY all had ten plus years of professional dance training and are also dance instructors.
