Hello! Have you considered the maximus muscle 247 workout (search on google)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my work buddy gained a ton of muscle with it.

this workout did a lot for me since I’m doing it. I do it six times a week and can perfectly follow the routine by now. Hope I’ll be really toned by the end of this year. Thanks a lot

Can i say that it is really confusing that the voice over keeps saying “keep your upper body still” while not a single one of the dancers, and the leader especially, is keeping her upper body at all still. And it is really hard to do the right flavor with the Latin music, i keep doing Cuban hips..

I love the fact that these women are not scrawny little sticks. They actually have a figure! It makes me feel better about myself. I see other videos with women who have no body…you know…no hind end, no breasts….and it makes me feel crappy about myself because I’m short big waist and big “girls”
Seeing a video where the women are not “perfect” makes me feel better and motivates me more to do what’s good for my body!

I noticed that the moves were done before the transitions were explained and that made it hard for just starting out beginners such as myself to keep up with. Could use some work, I think.

oh ok well im doing bettet but i cant shimmy and idk if thts spelled right but anywho its really hard bc i just cant move fast enough without getting a bad cramp..
