i felt like fatty when i watched the exercise videos:( so i always do it with them and ive played this one like 6 times and i can get in my left and right split. the are very helpful. just pul your leg towards during the 3 counts:)

wish i was flexible like that! in class we do scissors where we dont hold it and we go a lot faster just switching legs. anyone have any good stretches for flexibility?

Try to tighten your bottom muscles. Also, keep thinking to push that leg down. Hope that will help. :].

every time i do this the leg that is straight in front of me (the one I’m not holding) always lifts up off the ground. any tips?
